Aromatherapy is the fragrant art of using selected aromatic essential oils for therapeutic poses.  It is the fastest growing complementary therapy in the world, and is recognised as being one of the most natural and holistic treatments available today.

People are becoming more aware of the value of alternative and natural therapies for health and wellness. Apart from enjoying the wonderful fragrances of the essential oils, aromatherapy is a complementary therapy which could assist in the treatment of numerous health problems. Certain aromatherapy oils have powerful physiological / “medicinal” properties.
Everyone can benefit from using essential oils, as soon as you start discovering the many uses and benefits, it is almost guaranteed that aromatherapy will be a part of your household and medicine chest for the rest of your life.

Aromatherapy’s methods of use include using the oils when bathing, burning the oils in a burner, massaging with the oils, inhaling the oil’s aroma, using it with compression. Essential oils can also be successfully combined into creams, ointments and lotions, especially if these are made from natural, preferably plant-derived, materials. The oils can also be used directly, depending in the conditions (this only applies to Lavender and Tea Tree oils).
