Nautilus Pharma is a contract manufacturer of quality soft gelatine capsules and other pharmaceutical and food specialities including tablets, powders, liquids and other dosage forms. We are exclusively contracted to manufacture through a registered pharmaceutical company that has been a specialist in soft gelatine encapsulation since 1984. The aim is to provide clients with a one-stop-shop for all their pharmaceutical, complementary medicines, health food, veterinary supplementation and cosmetic needs. The Nautilus Pharma vision is to be a premier, modern, quality-orientated provider of contract manufacturing services, able to deliver on the global scale.
Our manufacturing plant is ranked amongst world-class producers of pharmaceuticals and health food supplements and is driven by a fully integrated Quality Assurance system, compliant to the Medicines Control Council of South Africa (MCC), the Therapeutic Goods Administration of Australia (TGA) and other regulatory bodies. Our main service area is in Softgel® technology which allows for an easy-to-swallow product with greater bioavailability and protection of the encapsulated water and fat soluble actives.
Nautilus Pharma products contain only the purest and most biologically active raw materials available. All products are manufactured and packed under the strictest quality controls and follow international Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. All raw materials, in-process intermediaries and finished goods undergo a range of quality control procedures in a modern laboratory, equipped with the latest hi-tech facilities.
